1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Craftonix marketing websites or subscribing to Craftonix software applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Application-Wise Subscriptions & Billing
Craftonix applications are licensed on an individual product basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing renewal.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the software, engage in unauthorized vulnerability scanning, reverse engineer software binaries, or use Craftonix systems for fraudulent commercial activities.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for production cloud environments, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
