2. Customer Business & Financial Data
All customer ledgers, invoices, contacts, deal records, and generated documents stored within Craftonix applications remain the exclusive property of the customer. Craftonix does not monetize, sell, or disclose your proprietary business data to third-party advertisers.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard technical measures, including TLS 1.3 protocol encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Infrastructure is hosted in enterprise cloud data centers with automated replication.
